Reset Password via "Forgot Password" option

If you have forgotten your password or are having trouble logging into your account and you need to reset your AND CO password, you can do so at anytime by selecting the forgot password link via

Once you have selected "Forgot Password" you will be prompted to enter your email address

Enter in your AND CO account email address and select send password

If there is a AND CO account associated with the email address provided you will receive a email with a link to reset your password.

You will  then receive a email with the link to reset your password. 

Simply select the link in the email > Reset Password

Once selected a new tab in your browser/pop up will open up requesting your new password. Please note the minimum number of characters is 5.

Enter in your new password and select > Save

Once saved you will see the below confirmation

You can also reset and update your password anytime in the app once logged in simply by selecting the settings tab

Select  > settings

From Settings > select Account > User Info

Then select > User Info > Change Password

Once selected you will be prompted to enter your old password and new password.

Once entered select > change password
