Save & View Draft Invoices With AND CO
Create your invoices and save them as drafts to be sent at a later time or date seamlessly with AND CO!
First step is to create your invoice. You can create your invoice
Via the Create + Tab top right
select create tab top right > invoice
Create an Invoice Via the Project
Select Projects tab > select the project > Invoice project
Create Invoice Via Your Client
Select the clients tab > client > invoice client
Once you have created your invoice and you are ready to save it.
Select the options tab located to the top right > save invoice
Once you have selected Save you will be prompted to confirm that you are saving the invoice as a draft simply select YES PLEASE
View Invoice Once saved as Draft
To view your invoice once you have saved it as a draft
Via The Projects Tab
Select the > Project > Invoices tab
Via the Clients tab
Select the Clients tab > Invoices tab
Via The Invoices tab
Select the Invoices tab > Filter by draft invoices or select the draft invoice
(filter to draft invoices)
Once selected you can make further edits by selecting Edit or you can simply send the invoice to your client for payment as well as download the invoice PDF.
To Make any edits > Select the invoice in daft and select the edit option in yellow.
To Save the invoice as a draft select the options tab top left > save
To send the invoice select > next > enter in the contact details or select from the ones already listed in the compose email section.
You can also select from your email templates if you are wanting to use a different template for the email message for the invoice or create a new email template simply by selecting the > template option. See more on email templates here.
💥 Tips: 🦄
- You can edit the draft invoice once selected by selecting the edit option.
- Once the invoice has been sent you can then record a payment against it.
- You can delete the draft invoice by selecting the 3 dots icon next to the draft invoice > delete option in grey. This will delete the invoice forever.
- Invoices need to be sent in order to activate the online payment link and record payments against it.
