Here is a guide to troubleshooting common browser related issues which can help with browser performance.

Clear Cache & Cookiesย 

Generally it is recommended to clear the cache and cookies in the browser and here are the steps for each browser:

Mozilla Firefox (PC & Mac)

NOTE: for Mac OS X browsers, access preferences via the Application Menu (ex. Firefox>Preferences)

Clear Browser Cache:ย 

Tools > Clear Recent History > Select Cache + all browsing history. OK back to browser.

Google Chrome (PC & Mac)

NOTE: for Mac OS X browsers, access preferences via the Application Menu (ex. Chrome>Preferences).

Clear Browser Cache:ย 

History > Clear browsing data: Select "the beginning of time" from the "Obliterate..." drop down, Select "Empty the cache" and click the Clear browsing data button. Close Settings tab back to browser.

Internet Explorer (PC & Mac)

Clear Browser Cache:ย 

Select Tools (via the Gear Icon) > Safety > Delete browsing history.... NOTE: You can also access this menu by holding Ctrl + Shift + Delete. Make sure to uncheck Preserve Favorites website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies then click Delete

Safari

Clear Browser Cache:ย 

  1. Click Safari in the upper left hand side of your screen. In the menu that appears, click Preferences.
  2. In the window that appears, click the Privacy tab. Click the button Remove All Website Data....
  3. Click Remove Now in the pop up window that appears.

Once you have cleared the cache and cookies in your browser please re log into the webapp via https://www.and.co/ ย and this should resolve any browser issues you were experiencing.
