With AND CO You can create a Proposal ย and a Contract but what if you want to create a proposal and a contract together?ย

No Worries simply select the Proposal with Contract option so you can have your proposal and contract all in one and have it signed all together. #onestopshop!!

To Get started select the Proposals and Contracts tab > add new

Another way to create a proposal and contract is via the create tab top right > proposal/contract option

Once selected you will see three options

  1. Create a proposal
  2. Create a contract
  3. Proposal with Contract

In this case you will select the > Proposal with Contract optionย

Then select your client either existing or create a new client

Once you have entered in your client details and selected > Next you will then be prompted to enter in your project terms. These are your deliverables eg rate and service you are providing.ย

You can also select to require a deposit. if required.

Next step is to set up the contract settings if you require to edit these other then the default set up select edit settings.

Once you have set up your contract settings select next and you will see the proposal and contract in review mode where you can make additional changes/edits.

You can add additional details to the proposal and upload files and you can view more on this here: How Can I Add Project Details, Like Text, Images, Tables, Columns & Upload Files To My Proposal

Once you are ready you can sign and send your proposal with contract to your client for approval by selecting > Next top right or sign and send bottom

Once you have signed and confirmed your signature you will be asked to confirm your clients email address, add/remove recipients and edit your personal email message before finalising and sending.
