How To Report A Bug
First step is to take a screenshot along with the developer console in the browser via the web app.
To take a screenshot of your developer console
First of all the Developer Console is an integrated development environment with a collection of tools you can use to create, debug, and test applications and view any errors.
How to open the developer console in your browser:
- Use the keyboard shortcuts. On Windows and Linux: Ctrl + Shift + J.
- On Mac: Cmd + Option + J.
Example: Chrome > settings located to top right > more tools > developer tools
Select > console on the page you are experiencing issues and take a screenshot > CTRL or ALT > PRTSC or use a screen grab/snipping tool

To upload a screenshot to your shoe box tab along with the developer console select the Shoebox tab >Add File or send it to your shoebox tab using your AND CO account email and send it to [email protected]

The best way to reach out to your Chief Operators is by selecting the in app support tab and advise them you have uploaded a screenshot along with the developer console to your shoebox tab in app along with details of the issue.
Send a message to your Chief Operator letting them know of the bug or issue you are experiencing advising them you have already uploaded a screenshot along with the developer console to your shoebox tab.
